Den-Wil is a Brookings, South Dakota based, construction and development company that creates and maintains diverse projects addressing needs in the Brookings market. Den-Wil continuously earns recognition for undertaking large, innovative projects, that enhance the growing Brookings and South Dakota State University community. Den-Wil leases over 75,000 Sq. Ft. of office and retail space, and is partnered with the Old Sanctuary, a banquet and reception facility, that is also home to commercial offices.
Our History
Founded in 1983, Dennis Bielfeldt and his farther, Wilbert Bielfeldt, began operations in their hometown of Iowa City, Iowa. The journey began with a single rental property. Today, Den-Wil’s reach is much greater, and our staff continuously upholds the founders’ visions to provide valuable services to clients, build partnerships in the Brookings community, and deliver important resources to residents such as quality living spaces, workplaces, and social establishments. Our commitment to quality, hard work and professionalism has provided us with continual success in a competitive industry.
