Innovation is the flagship building of the growing, constantly improving Innovation Village complex. It is a unique and innovative apartment community located in Brookings, South Dakota. Finished in 2009, these upscale apartments are luxurious, yet affordable. Innovation Village is one of the nicest apartment facilities Brookings has to offer.

INNOVATION ENTERPRISE

Innovation Enterprise is phase two of the growing, constantly improving Innovation Village complex. This building was finished in the Fall of 2012 and is the only building of the Innovation Village complex with four stories. With heated underground parking available, apartments in this building are a great option for those looking for something affordable and convenient.

INNOVATION VOYAGER

Innovation Voyager is the new phase three of the growing, constantly improving Innovation Village complex. This building was finished in August of 2016. Being the newest, most updated of the three Innovation Village buildings, apartments in the Innovation Voyager are perfect for someone wanting a more modern look.

Located in Innovation Village, guest suites are available with included access to our amenities including: the pool, spa, fitness center and community room.
